Al poco tiempo de que la compre empezó a darme problemas, como que se me apagaba sola después error del disco duro y ahora error de la BIOS. Recomiendo que no la adquieran ya que los inconvenientes aparecieron semanas después que se caduque la devolución del artículo. En la descripción yo la compre como nueva pero al parecer parece q era remano facturada o reparada por la tienda..

    I bought this laptop for my teen son for school. The price was the first point for me. The laptop is very modern looking. According to my son, it is fast, light in weight and very portable. He is always streaming videos and listening to music while doing schoolwork with presentations and creating videos. He enjoys the graphics too. I would say that the battery life is better than average. I have been happy with HP products. I will definitely buy another one again!

    I’m not sure if it’s just my computer, but I’ve had it for a month now and I still have problems. From the first day I received it my audio and video fall out of sync when using the internet, no matter what site I am on. I have to pause a video multiple times through out so that the video will catch back up with the audio. However, Netflix and Hulu do not have the same problems. I have noticed that Netflix will get slightly out of sync, but if I quickly pause it the video catches up in just a few seconds. Otherwise, the laptop is a pretty good laptop (besides there being a small black border on the bottom and left side of the screen that can be irritating to perfectionists).

    Unfortunately this has been my worst purchase so far ever from ordering from amazon. I bought this for my girlfriend for her birthday for school. First of all it came over a week late and missed her birthday but maybe that's because of pandemic so whatever. When we opened it and turned it on it was immediately apparent it was broken. The touchpad to move the mouse around was not working properly. The mouse pointer on the screen was moving around erratically. I put it all right back in it's packaging and requested a refund. It has taken over 3 weeks for a refunded to be issued and i finally just looked at the status and i got refunded $0.01. Literally a penny. I paid $642.00 total for this. Nothing explains to me why i only get 1 cent back. Amazons call line is down due to pandemic and so far can't get ahold of the seller. I feel 100% ROBBED. Hopefully this get resolved somehow but as of now a month after my purchase i still am out that much money. I never write reviews but i hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
