    just some tips

    1, remove screen protector film.. for better touch and picture....

    2, wake up from sleep mode.. just press power button once and wait 3 sec..
    don't push power button too long. it will reboot, just press it and wait 3 sec..

    3, power plug is not plug in tight.. there are 2mm gap when i plug in, i try push it, but didnt go inside..
    so don't plug in too hard...

    tablet is good for price.. screen is ok, sound is ok for indoor....
    speed is much better than my old tablet.....

    play youtube 1080p smooth..and quick..

    battery time is around 3-4 hours.. it's same like my old tablet,, but much faster...

    If you're looking for a cheap, lightweight windows tablet, this is not it. I bought it as a gobetween so I wasn't trying to do "real work" on an android tablet and for some light gaming when travelling w/o lugging around my beast of a gaming laptop.

    PROS: fast, this thing is fast. Yay 6gb of RAM. I can game on it. I can get my work done that I need to do. It has real Windows 10 (you just have to activate it, Windows S is installed). The battery lasts forever. The screen is pretty darn good.

    CONS: It weighs almost as much as my gaming laptop. 4.5#. For a slim 12" tablet, just NO. Totally defeats the purpose of smaller form factor. I could use this to knock someone out if the Starbucks line got unruly. The charger looks like it might break at any moment. As solid as the tablet is, the on/off button is a flimsy, fickle probably going to break piece of garbage--when you press it you can see a quarter of the edge of the computer depress. For such an important part of the computer, it should probably be sturdier. Computer also randomly turns itself off and reboots.

    when i first ordered it i figured i could troubleshoot the start up issues everyone was claiming to have and for 200 bucks i gave it a shot. started up fine .....the first time. after turning it off the trouble began it took me 2 hours to get the tablet on again, went directly to the power settings to prevent it from sleeping because if it does the same issue it dose not wake. long story short its a hardware compatibility problem. cheap components resulting in an undesirable interfacing between the battery and the processor. the problem was not over looked it was ignored by a company soon to be dissolved in an attempt to minimize losses. dont buy a jumper they are broke and have no support.
