A U shape metal rod of chrome finish is included to pop up your reading material or Tablets. The rod is then easy store around the pillow cushion underneath securing with Velcro. The pillow cushion is detachable and can store your tablet. There is two black elastic straps on each side of desk to secure notes or pens. Arm rest pad is soft and made from PU leather. It is a truly functional and full of bell and whistles in this Kane Lap Desk. Overall size is 22.76″W x 15.75″D x 5″H (with Rod Pop up). Cushion/Tablet Storage is 15.75″W x 9.45″D x 1.38″H.
